These knives may not be considered PREMUIM, but they're excellent cutlery at a reasonable price, and they're easier to locate than anything offered With its superior quality, the steel used to create the blades can hold an edge for a long time. There's no doubt that the ergonomics are also When I am using it with peppers, I enjoy slicing on a board or carving in hand. It is great for slicing on a board, as well as for carving in hand.

It is tough to find knives of this quality so I have bought several to give as gifts.
