Yes, it can be washed in the dishwasher! The problem is that it takes 3 to 5 minutes to do Once the knife stand is wiped and rinsed, it can be inserted back into the stand. If you reach in to grab it, on the other hand, be VERY CAREFUL, because it is VERY SHARP and sharp. A GREAT POINT AND A GREAT APPLICATION Once you are new, it will slice you very easily, and it will do so for a long time! While I didn't think I'd enjoy this knife as much as I do when I received it, I do and have discovered that it can be used in a lot of ways. It is one of my go-to knives among a lot of others in my collection. **I also have many Dexter Russell knives. Most are great knives they are all good qualities but some have average blade shape or are old, whereas others are for daily use, so enjoy , be careful , and keep sharp!
At the base of the blade, the width is 1/2". Before the bend, the blade thins to 3/8" in diameter.
I didn't think so, but no it doesn't

Dexter Knife with serrated edge in 5 inch size, made in the Due to its very thin blade and limited number of 5 blades, I was attracted to this knife. A serrated edge blade on the blade makes it quite a bit smaller than the other Dexter knives I own. This piece has an overall length of 10 inches making it a 1-inch piece. The blade on this knife is thinner and shorter than the blade on my other Dexter serrated knife. I have a Dexter boning and fillet blade that is made in USA and is made from Carbon Steel. Because it is serrated, while still sharp you will not be cut like you would by a razor sharp bone or fillet knife. It is a serrated blade, so it needs to be sawed for smooth cuts, it is excellent for thick-skinned fruits and veggies, onions, beef and chicken, to slice or cut. It is very sturdy and comfortable in your hand since it is rubberized composite. The only thing I would have liked was the addition of a plastic sheath with it. When I hand wash my knives, I clean them and dry them right away with a hand towel. Be careful even though this knife is serrated, it is still sharp and will cut flesh easily without much effort.
It works great for weeding, aerating, and dividing plants. My needs were met by 2 of them, and I ordered two more. Although I have not used it yet, I imagine that it would serve you well in the kitchen as well. The serrated edge makes it easy to cut through anything. I love the feel of this thin, flexible, sharp knife.
It's a good one. I like it better than most other knives I've had. Turmeric denatures the white color on the handle, so I got it permanently stained yesterday. Probably the only thing I do every day is chop and dice, or dice and chop, cabbages, onions, and Brussels sprouts the Dr. Gundry way. It was imperative that I got a long blade that was thin and sawed I love what you've done here.
I use this knife for mechanical insulation. The size is great and the blade is not overly Though I use 5 knives and have had to replace all of them multiple times, I always come back to.
Do not let yourself get hurt! You are going to slice your fingers up real quick if you don't pay attention! This knife is an excellent addition to your collection , I have many Dexter Russell knives, and this one is no different. Its knives are very durable and are long lasting. I have some of my knives for over 30 years, and I use them almost daily.
I have been looking decades for this. It's so weird, but I'm so happy with this purchase. It has a nice, firm rubberized grip handle and is The price was definitely worth it.
This knife is sharp and the scalloped edges help in cutting delicate vegetables without breaking them up into pieces. In addition, the value for money is excellent.
Amazon offered me three different knives to choose from Although more expensive, this has the best feel and function out of all of them. Cutting blades are easy to handle, lightweight, and of It's on my list of things to order.
