As far as I can tell, I wash the ones I bought by hand. As far as the dishwasher is concerned, I don't want them to be exposed to the extreme heat.

I replaced a knife that I used to cut my favorite meat I've been looking for just such a slim blade that is good for every purpose I found it little and not as tiny as a paring knife. It's serrated, but not as long as a bread knife. It's sharp enough (no need to slice tomatoes in paper thin slices) and has a good balance.
It is packaged in a manner that is strictly carnivorous. It would be great if I didn't have to deal with it being so difficult to remove from its packaging. The bleeding was only a little bit. Let's not play games with Cuisinart. Packaging can be friendlier if you don't use plastic - It is both good for the environment and good for.

During the month of February, I purchased this knife. Each time I use it, I wash and dry it and then put it back in its sheath. Knives typically have blades embedded about half way into the handle, but the handle came off yesterday. This knife does not have it. The embedded part was barely visible. Having to replace it is now my responsibility. It was the brand name that convinced me to buy this knife. A very disappointing experience. It should have lasted more than seven months if it was covered by a life time guarantee!.
