The knives we had this winter in our rental were horrible. The reason I bought this knife was so that I could have a working knife. The blade of the knife is extremely sharp and the entire knife is beautiful. Of course, I will take it home with me next Spring and The knife has now replaced all others in the kitchen. The feel of the knife in my hand is very comfortable, and it cuts through a variety of food items effectively. For my sake, I hand wash and dry it, which I believe is worth the effort. During my time as a customer, I have been extremely satisfied.
This Cangshan V2 series knife is a favorite of mine Any object would be cut in half by them. As you can see, these are beautiful and sharp, so you must proceed carefully if you are not a professional chef like myself. If you compare the quality with other higher end knives that sell for well over $100, you'll find these knives are a great deal. While I do love using these and wish I could purchase more, I wanted to give them a try before I made any more purchases. The best thing I could recommend is.
I have purchased a Cangshan knife twice now, and I like them a lot. They not only tend to be less expensive than other knives of the same quality (and far better quality than most knives at this price point, I have tried quite a few). It is sharp, comfortable, and well-designed This knife's balance is good, and it keeps an edge well (it has been about 6 months and there have been no signs of.
A well-balanced knife with a sharp cutting edge that will not become dull is well-suited to hand use and is well balanced in the hand. You can easily grip the handle because it is sturdy. In my opinion, it is a good knife. I look forward to using it for a long time.
You'll be glad you did. As easily as a hot knife slices through butter, this knife cuts through all of my kitchen needs. A knife that I keep in my kitchen is my best one. Despite my purchase being a little expensive, I have been very satisfied with it. The app makes my kitchen work so much easier and I rely on it every day.
Relatively sharp and durable. There is one interesting observation I would like to make In almost every way, this knife is identical to the Cangshan Steak knives that come in sets. As far as per knife cost goes, the steak knife costs nearly half of what the chef's knife does.
I ended up getting this instead when it was time to buy it for someone else, and he reports it is working great.
This knife feels more expensive than its price. It is heavy, well-balanced and feels sturdy. The weight is perfect, and the outline is crisp. I definitely feel that this is a Knives like these are NOT infomercial items. They are sturdy and hardy. The guard at the handle is a nice touch- I was impressed with how well it was Please note This is the first set of really good knives I've ever owned. The only knives I used in the past were cheap ones.
