If you need them sharpened, you can have them professionally done
Based on what you see in the Rada Catalog, it appears that the Serrated steak knife you are looking at has a heavy blade with a significant serration design that will make it easy to cut There is another Serrated Slicer with a 7 inch blade and rugged serrations to cut through tough fruit and vegetables like squash and melons. The blade on this one is about the same size as an asme size knife, however many paring knives have a thinner and more flexible blade.

The Rada knives became my favorite brand of knives after I found a new grapefruit knife last fall. I was so satisfied with it that I replaced all my old Henckels knives with Rada knives. As a matter of fact, I use this particular item as a paring knife. The point is extremely sharp, so take care. There are only two things I do not like about Rada I'MMISSION
HANDLES It has a brushed aluminum finish that is a little cheesy. Upon examination, the one on the grapefruit knife has pitted (probably from something I shouldn't have put it in). Size, in inches Compared with knives from other manufacturers, some of the knives from this manufacturer are a bit small. I recently added a steak knife to a regular paring knife so I would be able to use it with my regular paring knife. But with some attention to the online dimensions, this They are excellent knives, these are a must-have set of knives! This razor is sharp, surprisingly lightweight and easy to use, and it is also attractive. When it comes to a 5-, I normally hold back I only give the book a three-star rating because of the caveats mentioned above, but the positives outweigh the negatives, and the price is extremely reasonable.
Due to three strokes, I am disabled and hope this review may be of assistance to others in the same boat. Since I have weakness on my right side, I use a steak knife to help cut things on my plate (I prefer Corelle because of its durability and light weight). After trying other steak knives, which were uncomfortable or heavy, I purchased one by Rada that provided the best results. I had gathered from the reviews that this would be a good choice for my purposes, and the price suited my budget. It is also possible to buy just one instead of buying a set on Amazon. This one does the trick for me, for sure. I really like the fact that it's especially sharp (be careful) and lightweight and doesn't harm my fingers when I use it. Taking it on the "utensil" side may also be helpful to you if you have weakness or sensitivity on that side.
Made in the USA, they feel good, work well, and are made to last. Keep them in their cardboard sleeve or in a knife block. Wash them separately when washing the dishes (don't let them come in contact with other items in the water).
After losing one of my very old serrated Rada knives, I realized it had been one of the most used knives I had, along with some of the other Rada knives I had owned for a long time. Therefore, I have replaced the lost one and intend to order a couple more to complete the I appreciate your kind words,.
One Rada knife and one Rada blade were lost to me. To see that I could order each of them individually made me very happy. There is no match for Rada's quality.
It is sharp and versatile. I use it for everything.
It's strong enough to do the job, but still light enough to handle. The word is very The knife comes with a protective cardboard case.
The knife is very lightweight and stays sharp for an extremely long time.
