It may be from China, but it is really good work
It would be best to use a whet stone
Put the knives in the dishwasher only if they are dirty. Hand wash them always. Furthermore, I purchased a magnetic wooden knife block so that I never have to put them in a drawer or even a conventional knife block. The block is very useful and looks very nice.
It feels like they are forged because they have full tang to them

Do not buy it. There is no way this product deserves a 1 star rating. After washing with mild soap and letting the knife handles dry on a cutting board and counter top, the handles bleed stain on the surface. (See the attached photos for results after leaving the knife to dry on the surfaces). The stain has permanently stained the $100k quartz counter which we bought just last year. There is no way to remove the stain after trying everything. This product is not for you. Do not buy it.
It's not good at all.
Obviously, wood is a natural product and there will be some variations in the finished product, but the set I just received seems out of the ordinary. It isn't the wood color and grain that I like about the knives, but the fact that there is so much variation in the knives. On Amazon, it seems like the set of knives shown looks very consistent, in contrast to the ones I got. With a price tag like this, I expect a greater level of I was also surprised at how light they were, but would not return them for that reason alone. Then I will try again. I probably will return these first.
I am not as fond of the block as I once was. The knives will be a big hit with you. This knife is very sharp and makes precise cuts. It is also exceptionally beautiful. Take the time to learn what Damascus Steel was like before and after the 1800's and you'll have a good story to share with your guests while It gets a 4 rating because it is quite easy to tip the slim block You don't have to react by reaching to catch them if you see one. Don't get in the way, just move aside. Physics is the only thing that makes sense. There is a lot of weight on the top of the unit.
I absolutely love these knives! They came razor sharp and are top I'm in love with the way these things look and cut. I saw my husband's eyes widen and his jaw drop when he opened I made a Christmas roast that the knives cut through as if it were.
I really like the balance and the edge of this blade. I like how ergonomic it is. It is easy on the hands and sharp where it is This is a good no no, and a.
I cannot say enough great things about them. Despite their excellent quality, they stay razor sharp and even slice through veggies and meat like butter
If you take good care of them, they will last you a lifetime. I love it. I just love it.
However, it is fairly sharp and fairly good. In any case, the metal is far too thin to be used for heavy tasks. Considering how much I paid, I think this was overpriced, and a nice deal at $150 is not worth $300.
