And the cover was very nice. When you have used them for quite a while, the color on the knives fades, and this also happens when you are cutting. My eye was caught when I cut potatoes, and there was a green mark on them, which was the green left behind by one of the knives. There is really no way to scrape off all of the color in a timely and safe.

These knives are great, so sharp, and a great set to have for those who are looking for their first set of knives or who simply need a new set. It is extremely useful to have the guards or covers. It is the only complaint that the color near the tip of the blade chips away/flakes off when scratched by something a little harder to cut with. Whenever you chop, remember to chop away from yourself be careful to chop away from the root- have cut myself so many times with these knives, they are so When I cut a mango with the knife, I almost needed stitches. Unless otherwise noted, this is an excellent.

This is really sharp

I throw away the lifeguards they are not needed. These are really sharp knives at a great price. Since they're in my drawer, I don't care if they are all in different colors since I use them not for their looks but for their function. My lifeguards are no longer needed, so they get thrown away.
