After a few uses, the handle rusted and felt off while I was chopping a chicken. I was terrified, but I was fortunate in that the knife did not fall on my head. For the price of $39, the quality of this product is poor.
To cut a long story short, I am dissatisfied with the product; at first, I thought it did a good job cutting and looking good, but unfortunately, the quality is an issue. It's starting to rust, so I'm hand-washing my knives with mild dish soap and not letting them soak in water. The rust continued to worsen no matter how well I cared for it. It hasn't been two months since I received the product. If you try to contact customer service, you will find that they are completely unresponsive. I'd have been happy with just another replacement, but I'm not even getting a response. As a result, I'm going to leave a review.
I've been having trouble cutting turkey wings into smaller segments for my dogs (who are fed raw). I wasn't expecting this cleaver to be as effective as it was. Because I'm a Prime member, I was able to get this bad boy delivered for free the next day. This cleaver, needless to say, made quick work of my butchering job. This cleaver is a little heavy, but that's good because it gives you the torque you need to cut through thick cuts of meat and bone. This cleaver is not only functional but also attractive, but I'll have to keep it for myself because I can't imagine breaking down meat without it. This Christmas, I'm thinking about getting one for each of my family members.

I am extremely pleased with this product, and I would strongly recommend it to anyone who enjoys fine cuisine and a good cut of meat. It's of excellent quality. Keep out of children's reach! It has a lot of bite to it. I am willing to purchase any other product from this serious, responsible, and already successful small business.
This cleaver is well-made, heavy-duty, and razor-sharp. Attractive and easy to cut chicken. Because of its size and weight, I was a little nervous the first time I used it. I was cautious and kept my fingers away from the edge of the table. It sliced two whole chickens in half in a matter of seconds. Make sure to use a thick wooden cutting board; the more I use it, the more at ease I become. I plan to purchase a few more to give as gifts.
This chopper is capable of accomplishing the task at hand. The blade is extremely sharp and heavy, allowing it to easily whack bones. Mine hasn't lost its sharpness in a long time.
Without a doubt, this blade is of high quality! The balance is incredible, and it feels so solid! It wasn't quite as sharp as I had hoped, but it was good to go after a few swipes on the stone. This is an excellent product.
