As a first note, my love for Pumpkin Masters is immense. The pattern books from their company have been in my home for over 25 years and I use them every It was therefore a great relief to see they had reciprocating saws on hand. That's all right. The market should be pulled, and it should be redesigned. This is a terrible thing. The first issue is that it is very difficult to get it working even once the batteries are It wasn't quite as I had imagined when I finally got it working, it seemed in the wrong place at times. Neither I, nor anyone else, could control the situation. The fine detail work or even the larger cuts would be impossible to do with this tool.

I've been using this thing for quite some time now

When cutting, always be careful as even the dull side of the blade can hurt you if you press on it. I was able to carve out large chunks with no problem, and also easily handled curved cuts.

As I described it to Jack, I imagined it as a Sawzall An illustration of a carving for a lantern. The total opposite of what I expected. There was not enough power to cut even a single inch of pumpkin let alone a whole Jack-o-Lantern A face painted on a lantern. The whole thing slowed down to a halt. Bring out your sharpest knife and do it 10 times faster. Invest your money in something you'll enjoy!.
