This product is very high quality, but the installation has been a major headache for me. I have plaster walls, not sheetrock so I had to mess with my wall in my kitchen when installing this product. As my home was built between 1965 and 1979, this is a problem unique to my home. Please ignore this comment if your house was built within that timeframe. I appreciate having easy access to the knives during food prep, and I find storing them in a plastic bag is much cleaner than a countertop butcher block.
