This is a great It's fine to hand-wash the guards. We do not recommend soaking the guards while they are on, but you can wash them with warm soapy water by hand.
Knife blocks are not large enough to fit these knives. Despite being thin, they are still quite large. They are in a drawer in my house.

I narrowed my selection to two sets that contained the correct number and size of Edge Guards to properly cover the new knife blades I had bought. There were similar reviews on both sets, they were made of similar material, and they were priced in a similar range. Noble Home & Gardens came up as a good option for me Because of a feature that other sets lacked, Chef Edge Guards possess a feature that the other set lacks. It is the noble home and the noble home I was satisfied with that, so I made my choice. My new chefs' knives are now out of their protective shipping boxes and now I have to arrange them in their new Noble Home & Garden Center I placed Chef Edge Guards on them as soon as I arrived at the restaurant. If I travel with a bag containing knives, I use these covers to protect my SG2 and blue steel knives. This is a very good quality knife edge guard. I purchased this set of guards for a college apartment for my daughter and they fit wonderfully on the knives I bought her. The set of guards is manufactured of sturdy plastic and lined with a softer material on the inside. The blades will remain safe while they are in the drawer since the guards protect them from getting dinged while in there.
