There are some tangs, but they're not all there. The blade and the keel part are integrated, and the handle is embedded with the keel part so that the blade won't shock you when you use it and the handle

I think it's OK looking, it's straight, and its spine is medium in The weight of the item is 196 grams or 6. The item appears sturdy. There are 9 ounces in each package. A Zwilling J would be an example. It weighs eight pounds and measures 8 inches long, with a flat blade. The container holds 243 grams (about 6 ounces). It is well balanced, has a good size handle, and has an octagonal shape that makes it easy to hold. Despite being relatively hard and shiny, the handle is made from a decent resin or plastic. Once the whole blade had been polished, the Damascus type of hammering design was simply etched away from the rest of it to achieve the look we chose. I like the blade edge, but the thickness is a bit It is not clear how sharply the images will be as they are usually quite blurry There is just a very small burr. Due to the fact that it is not truely a sharp blade, as soon as I ran it down my steel, it dramatically reduced its ability to cut. So far, I have not given it a real sharpening or honed the edge, so I cannot judge its ability to hold I would not recommend this knife over other quality knives starting around $70 for someone who is looking for a quality knife that will stay sharp, hold an edge, and last. If you want to use this knife for looks and to slice fish, I suggest you get 1000/3000 and more. Wet stones and learn with a combination of 4000 and 8000 It is best to learn how to sharpen a knife to the point where it will make almost any knife suitable for your needs while also teaching you over time what matters most to you in a knife.
It's so sharp. I would highly recommend it! This knife is so sharp. I love it! Since a few weeks now, I have been using it and it cuts so smoothly. My purchase was without a doubt the best purchase I've made!.
During the last few years, I've also worked as a knifemaker. Okay, so I'm in good health- Well versed in knives, how to make knives, and how to use knives. In light of these considerations, I am reasonably satisfied with the blade quality, although I am disappointed by the grind (blade shape), the handle, and the balance of the knife. The first thing to know is that usually, sushi knives have a single bevel with a tiny curve on the opposite side, so they retain their sharpness and precision even after multiple sharpenings however, this knife has a double bevel and a slight inward curve. The edge is thin and sharp enough out of the box, but the edge is a little bit coarser than you would expect. It makes the grind a little bit "stickier" (as in making it stick to the fish instead of making perfect lines) when cutting through sashimi (which they failed to spell correctly on the product description), especially when cutting Having said that, maintaining a perfect edge over time is not always easy due to that grind. There is a nice design to the handle, but the handle is a bit too big for the blade length, affecting the balance negatively as well. A blade 12 inches long instead of 9 inches long would be more effective. I would probably go for 5 inches (and it would be a more suitable length as well). This is a good choice for a sushi and sashimi knife at an entry level, but there are a few problems that would make it inadequate for a serious chef It refers to users at the "level".
I like the design of the It's hard to tell if the construction is full tang, and the balance of the knife is a bit shifted towards the blade than other knives, but this is a long blade, and I My cutting technique changed from using the tip of the blade to using the base of the blade. When it came out of the box, the sharpness was great but it wore off quickly. I sharpened the edge on a whetstone and occasionally used a rod to keep the edge in good shape. It retained the edge well after my own sharpening. To slice large pieces of meat, I like using this as a combo prep knife and slicer. Although the handle is not very comfortable, I think overall I would recommend this product for its price. The packaging was very nice, and the graphics on the edge are actually quite nice, though they will likely disappear after heavy use and sharpening.
This is billed as a Nikiri sushi knife, but I've long kept blades like this. These are useful for cutting up vegetables, according to me. It is sharp and has embellishments near the tip, but these are just for show. The blade is nice and sharp, and it has the appearance of an extremely durable Damascus steel knife. Octagonal handles are not for everyone, but I personally like the way it looks. Overall, I like this blade a lot. It's made of plexiglass and should last a long time.
Overall, I like it a lot. I like the way the knife feels in my hand, and the blade is very sharp right out of the box.
We chop a lot of fruits and vegetables at home for our family of 4 every day. I wouldn't consider myself an expert with knives, but I cook at home daily. I. The problem With consistent use over the course of a month, I have found that it has kept its edge well. I. The problem Octagonal handles are easy to grip and I find them comfortable since they have an easy shape. I. The problem Despite the fact that this length tends to be a little long for me, I find this to be a nice weight and I feel comfortable I don't know There's nothing wrong with the handle and I think the price is right I don't know If you have similar needs, I would recommend this. I. The problem.
Among the best knives for slicing all types of vegetables is the Culitech Nakiri knife. Using it, I was able to slice carrots and sweet potatoes with no problem. Not only did it prove useful for slicing, but it is also I used it to dice apples and it worked well. Priced reasonably, it is a good choice. It works great for cutting and slicing with precision, though I haven't used it for sushi.
