I find it to work great and last because, even with nonstick pans after a few years, the coating wears off and you need to keep buying new ones, or try to clean it which is more difficult than stainless steel.
The quality appears to be lower than it really is. Added an edit A seller refunded me, but said this could only be used in a range from 300 to 900 degrees Fahrenheit. This started mildly warping about a month into it. It seems every time I order, I get a small warp at the price. Well thank you, this happens every time Anything that requires a surface that is even remotely flat is an impossible use for it. The frustration is unbearable. It's worth it to spend a little more on In order to communicate with the seller, I will contact them If they address this, I will let you know.
The warp is severe after it has been used four The corner has literally been raised up 3 inches, and it is no longer functional. There is no way for me to verify this, however, I am willing to bet it's not the kind of stainless steel it's advertised as. It's possible that the materials are not truly stainless steel, but I have no way of finding out. It's best to stay away from these Chinese off brands.
This is what I use every day in the toaster oven I have from Breville. In addition to being dishwasher safe, the bright stainless steel finish wears well. To save time and effort cleaning, I always line the bottom of the pan with aluminum foil. As soon as the toaster oven was heated up to 375 degrees, I placed the tray of food inside. Two minutes or three minutes after that, it makes a loud snapping noise. By reason of the heat, one corner of the tray lifts up by about an inch. The dish I'm cooking will not be affected by this. In the case of the tray, its shape will return to its original state when it cools down. In my opinion, this is a minor issue and the oven tray works well.
Thus far, I have used this pan to make several pizzas, and it fits the size of toaster oven I have. There is a convection setting on my toaster over, so hot air is circulated. 15 minutes from now, my pizza will be ready. Using a silicone sponge, all you have to do is wait until it has cooled before attempting to clean up. It has not warped in my case. To limit the temperature to 300 degrees, I use a fan. It may be because of that. Since it isn't a nonstick pan, I coat it with a few drops of olive oil and rub it around before baking I seem to be able to use it. The surface of the car had some black burnt marks, but they were easily removed because of the high polish. This is not the case with aluminum or cast iron, in my opinion.
There is no doubt that this pan is of high quality. But buyers should be aware that this isn't 12 x 10 inches, it's 12 x 12 inches. There are 5 x 9 holes. I am 75 inches tall. It is very difficult to find exact measurements in my oven because it is so small. You will be receiving a return from me. On 7/2/17, we made updates to the document. I received an email from the vendor based on my review, and they offered me It was upgraded to a different size and the product description was subsequently updated to reflect the needed measurements. I am thrilled with my new pan. I found the customer service to be excellent!.
The baking pan I received today is as follows We put it in the dishwasher and then put it in the oven at 425° to cook some food Using the pan for the first time caused it to warp. On the internet, I've read about this issue and there doesn't seem to be anyone who doesn't have this problem when using stainless steel baking pans. The only choice I have is to either get used to it or be forced to wash the aluminum pans by hand again.
My first step is to decide how to proceed. There is a lot of shiny, slippery metal on this, which is really not a great material There seems to be no stainless steel on it? This is weird. Frozen foods (such as Fries, tater tots, shrimp) glide around a lot, but cookie dough sticks surprisingly well. I haven't been able to achieve success with cooking spray. In addition, the brushes will rust if there is any moisture on them, so it's best to wash and dry them as soon as possible. You MUST dry the sheets immediately after washing. In addition, this pan buckles or warps in the oven (even at 350 degrees). I can only think of the following In my toaster oven, it fits as well as in the dishwasher. The pan is not the worst I've ever owned, but it's one of my least favorites. My recommendation would be to not buy it.
