My understanding of this is unclear. The crisp n bake air fryer is what I use to cook it. In other words, it's used to cook air fried food. As well as in my stand-up oven or convection oven, they are good to use for small portions. However, I have never used them on convection. If they do well in an air fryer, I would think they do well in a convection oven. love the fact that they are always stick-free and I never have to worry about

What is the microwave temperature range for this product?

It turns out that the instructions which came with this bakeware stated that it would NOT be a good fit for the microwave. It is intended to be used in the countertop or stovetop oven only.

I like these, but they turn over in the drying process

These pans are amazing. I love them so much. They have been gifts to me before, and I will do it again this year. This set includes two heavy casting iron skillets that can be used in a regular oven to cook dinner for two. The toaster oven hasn't been installed in the kitchen. If you wash the wheels, make sure they are sitting upright when they are drying so water does not build up inside the rolled rim, which could lead to rusting.

It's hard to find pans as beautiful as these! The full-size versions are what I have decided to get, and also the toaster over-sized ones. Once they are out of the oven, they are incredibly thick and do not 'pop' or spread. In addition to that, it's pretty nice. It's all about the quality, really, and that's what matters. It is amazing to see what you have accomplished. For your information My Ninja Foodie Grill fits perfectly with the size toaster oven I bought.

I am disappointed

I was able to fit it in my toaster oven just fine. I was able to keep the pans nonstick for a while, then more than a year after gentle care, everything began to stick so badly, I had to soak them A few weeks ago, I was surprised to find that the red ceramic coating was beginning to chip off. Two of the pans I have already thrown away since I don't want to eat the red ceramic chips any more than I would want to eat Teflon chips. It is likely the third will also go within the next few days. This would not be a good product to recommend.

Very good performance in ovens on counter tops

The pans I bought are to replace the ones I had with my original Breville oven. The walls on one of the pipes keep liquid contained, so they may be smaller but they are a better size. Their ease of cleaning and non-allergenic properties make them a great choice These pans do not adhere to the wall of the oven like the original Brevilles. chose the teal ones, and they look and behave exactly as they do in their description. This is a recommendation I am highly interested in.
