If you spray oil instead of parchment paper, it will work perfectly. It is a pan I use frequently for baking, roasting, Using aluminum foil and parchment paper usually doesn't result in problems, but I prefer avocado oil You'll enjoy it!

With the pan's nonstick surface, it is very sturdy and works well. As many others have noted, rusty water will collect under the lip of the pan after washing and will drip all over the place when you flip that pan over. Run the dishes through it and you'll find it to be gross. When I take the pan out of the dishwasher, it always drips rusty water when I take it out of the dishwasher. I've tried many different ways to prevent the water from pooling in the pan, but it always drips when I take it out of the dishwasher. Rust forms quickly on the surface I don't like how gross it is after sitting in my dishwasher overnight. The water must be drained by hand washing it, then flapping it around and shaking it afterwards to hurry the process along. There seem to be design issues with the lip preventing proper drainage, also the material being prone to rust. I would not recommend this unless you are willing to always wash it by hand and spend a few minutes waving and flapping it around to allow the water to drain out.

To top salmon filets with olive oil, lemon juice, and balsamic vinegar, I used olive oil, lemon juice, and balsamic vinegar. It was a pleasure to eat the filets. After I put my salmon fillets on the pan, I spray the pan with cooking olive oil spray. Despite the fact that the pan was clean, no stains were visible. Using a paper towel is all that is needed to clean. As soon as I baked the pie pan I hand washed it. CasaWare caught my attention and I fell in love with the I love how easy it is to clean the pan. I bought this in January, 2021, and have only used it a few times since then. Until I baked cornbread in it a couple of days ago, I had not noticed it. After I took out the cornbread, I happened to put the crumbs in my mouth while cleaning up the crumbs in the bottom of the pan. In the crumbs, there was a chemical taste. It was a great item until I changed what I meant by "fixed in it". The other things I would have cooked in it would have been very spicy, covering up the flavor. I really love this item now that I have changed it. I like how pretty and heavy it is and how easy it is Whether I will donate the item or throw it away I do not know. It was a good decision to get a stainless steel one, and I would be much happier knowing there aren't any chemicals seeping.
When used with Breville's BOV450XL Mini Smart Oven with Element IQ, this pan provides great results. A pan that enables most of the inside cooking space of an 11" x 11" pan is what I am looking for. The cookie sheets designed for toaster ovens are smaller than that, so the amount of food you can cook isn't as much. The dimensions of 11" x 9" seem to be ideal for my toaster oven, and I have been impressed with how heavy duty it feels so far. The inside of the dish is lined with a silicone baking mat (toaster oven size) for easy cleaning It is easy to remove the baking mat from the pan by hand and toss it in the dishwasher.
There may have been 45 times when I used it. It is peeling away to the bare metal at the corners where paint/coating is on the inside. Approximately two square inches worth of metal is now exposed. Buyer beware, this is not a very durable product. It is nothing like the old blue and white enameled steel cookware from 100 years ago that is still in use A sad commentary on the poor quality of products sold by retailers.
With this pan, you can keep mess under control and still cook food evenly while keeping the mess contained. In terms of both thickness and quality, these are both way better than I were expecting. Cleaning is a breeze, too. The modern pans that come with most toaster ovens are a great improvement over the cheap, flimsy ones that used to be available. There is a hole under the lip of the rim and the main hole is beneath the lip of the rim It can lead to water accumulation beneath the rim, so I have to be careful to drain them to avoid rust forming as some have reported. Despite its ease of cleaning, though, you must use a plastic utensil in addition to the handle if you do not want the metal to scratch the surface. We find it to be a perfect fit for our needs.
To replace the flimsy pan that came with my toaster oven, I bought this, which I found to be far more durable. A toaster oven is a good fit for this pan. This oven bakes evenly, food doesn't stick to it, and it is easy to clean. This is a very sturdy product I am so happy with this pan after replacing the old one. This purchase was a great deal for me.
