The handle makes it easy to handle. Providing you do not overheat, you will have a good temperature control across the board. Cooking in a slow cooker is a good idea. I'm very impressed with how professional and attractive you are. Taking a look. Other products would be bought by me.

I'm using the larger one for cooking. The copper is heavy and able to hold the heat well, I also like the wood handle so that I do not have to use a It would be great if it had a lid, though that isn't a deal breaker I will find a solution.
