I'm not sure about you, but I only use a small amount of oil in my pans because they don't stick.
Hello there, this is the SKYLIGHT team, and we're delighted to receive your query. The lid is not oven safe, and you must remove the main handle before putting it in the oven.
The pan has a diameter of 12 inches and a height of approximately 7 inches. At the bottom, there are 8 inches.
I don't know where this pan was made because I no longer have the paperwork that came with it. It is, however, fantastic, and I make frequent use of it. Stir-frying and sautéing with it is a breeze. It never sticks, and the lid adds to the convenience.

The pan is one of my favorites, and I use it on a regular basis. It did not receive five stars because the instructions state that it should not be used at high temperatures. I purchased a wok in order to prepare stir-fries. It's easier to fry foods, and it's more difficult to stir-fry them. Preheat the oven to "medium-high" heat. It says to go to "high" heat, which is the highest setting. Aside from that, it's a solid piece of furniture that's simple to clean. I like the size and the fact that it comes with a sturdy, attractive lid.
I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I've only recently returned after being extremely pleased with it because last night I made a mistake and didn't realize I'd used my only cast iron to make mac and cheese when I needed to reverse sear my steak. I've been getting great sears on my salmon and more traditional wok cuts of meat, so I decided to give it a shot and ended up with the best steak crust I've ever had. Way better and faster than cast iron, and only about a fifth of the smoke in my house! In addition, unlike many of my other pans, the nonstick just won't quit. For the price, it's truly incredible.
I needed a wok because I enjoy stir-fried vegetables so much that I make them almost every day. I was using a regular low-sided skillet that didn't have the olive oil and seasonings I use, and I ended up with spatters all over the pan, including the floor. My dogs loved it, but I was getting tired of cleaning my kitchen every time I cooked vegetables. The high sides of this wok keep the oil in the pan rather than splattering around the kitchen. I have a couple of other pans with the same stone coating that have lasted a long time, are easy to clean, and retain their nonstick properties. So far, this pan is holding up just as well as the rest of my collection. I like the built-in pouring spouts, but I wasn't expecting them to make much of a difference, so I was pleasantly surprised by how well they work when pouring everything into a bowl. When I poured everything into the bowl from the skillet, the sauce spread out and I frequently ended up with some on the counter, but now it's all funneled out through the built-in spouts and everything stays in the bowl. It comes with a very nice lid, which I never use when I make stir fry, but it may be more useful to others. br>I can't think of anything I don't like about this pan, but I haven't had it long, so I'll update this review if anything else comes up.
This Pan has left me very pleased. The size is ideal for my requirements. It's very simple to clean because it's a nonstick pan. In comparison to other nonstick woks, it is not particularly heavy. I really like the design of the diversion port; it makes my life so much easier. There is nothing about this wok pan that I dislike.
It has a fantastic cover. This isn't designed for traditional wok cooking over a high flame. br> The instructions state that you should not cook over a very high heat. br>It's ideal for modern cooking and has become a cult favorite. br>The other day, I sauteed a pasta dish with the least amount of sauce possible by combining the ingredients in this cooking device. br>The New York Times published an entire article about wakerybr>cooking, which I believe will introduce a new technique. br>Use a low flame, according to the instructions. In any case, it works perfectly. br> Keeping the flame at a low level is all that is required.
This non-profit organization was utilized by me. For the past two weeks, I've been using a stick pot, and I've been pleased with the results. It's simple to clean; I'll show you how. Turn on the gas and wait for the pan to heat up before pouring in the oil; you'll need to fill the entire pot with oil. After a few minutes, turn off the gas, place the pot next to you for about 5 minutes, and then wash it! Yes, to ensure that your new pot lasts as long as possible. You can give it a shot hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.
