The quality of these pans is not very high. I particularly agree that the saute pan fails to meet the standards for proper design since the bolts holding the handle to the pan are exposed on the inside so that food and grit cannot be removed. Despite the fact that I have never used metal utensils or abrasive cleaners in my kitchen, the nonstick coating has come off in chunks after a year of use. I threw away the pan now, and I will likely throw away the rest in the near future.

I find the handles to be some of the best on this site. I am giving TWO stars to two different The inside of the pots/pans does not have any handles I can honestly say that the handles are some of the best I have ever used. I don't like the exterior finish they used and after a few hand washes (not using a washing machine), the finish started to fade. As a result, we see the cloth turn red if we wipe it with one. We have tried to engage with customer service to achieve meaningful conversions. This is pointless. The items I was looking to buy are of medium quality and of medium price. The Rachel Ray products I bought in the past will never be bought.

I love how pretty it is and how cheap it is. Reading the reviews up front gave me higher expectations, but I still knew that paying 115 for a set of pots and pans would get me an okay set. A lot of pieces are scratched after two months of being placed on the burner just by moving them. On the bottom of almost all my pots and pans, I have an "x" mark. It's a good short-term set for me in my transitional period, but you might as well pay twice the amount for a set that will last you for many years to come. I gave it three stars due to the lovely quality, but because I have a gas stove, it bubbles on the bottom and the color is damaged the first time I use it.
