This wok is particularly well-suited to high-temperature cooking. I'm a professional personal chef who also happens to be Chinese. Stir-fry with the real deal A very hot pan is required for frying, which carbon steel can provide. You won't have to worry about damaging any chemical coatings like you would with non-stick. Because there is no chemical coating on the pans, they will stick (or leach toxins into your food). Just make sure you follow the instructions and properly season your wok. It will, by definition, be non- stick around for a long time

Comes with a slew of handy add-ons. I'd been looking for a good wok for a while, and this one fits the bill perfectly in terms of size and weight. I would strongly suggest it.
I've been using it on a daily basis for the past four days! I'm going to buy another one soon; my daughter is going to adore it!.
However, I decided to use a gas stove to season it. I was concerned that it would be difficult to complete, but they include a detailed instruction sheet. I also watched a few YouTube videos, one of which from "Souped Up Recipes" was extremely helpful. As far as I know, if you season it when you first get it, you shouldn't have to season it again, but I'm going to season it again just to be safe. The cook's Chicken Fried Rice came out crispier than any other frying pan I've ever used. I am ecstatic. Cleaning is probably the most important step; I was terrified of rust, so the most important thing to remember is to use it to transfer food and clean it as soon as possible. br> DO NOT ALLOW IT TO SIT, OR YOU WILL DESERVE WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE. Aside from that, I really like this Wok! The spatula, chopsticks, loofah, and gloves that came with it all contribute to making this a great value product. br>If anything changes, I'll update my review, but for now, I'm pleased and looking forward to many stir-fries. Future fries, please!.
For me, it's the ideal size and weight. For the first time, I followed the instructions for cleaning and seasoning the wok, which took about 30 minutes on an outdoor propane burner. This morning, I attempted to make an omelet, and it came out perfectly, with no stickiness. When seasoning, make sure to burn the wok with whatever oil you're using until it's a dark brown color. br>It's super easy to clean afterward; just make sure to dry the wok and heat it on the stove until it's completely dry before storing it.
This is a good wok overall. The wok and handle are both nicely balanced. It's very simple to clean up after it's been used and seasoned. Because it's so big and heavy, I wish it had a helper handle. As a side note, I am quite short, so a taller person might be fine. br>At first, I was wary of the lid, but now I'm a fan. It's lightweight, easy to clean, and convenient to store. It's comparable to more expensive woks. br> br>It's a little heavier than some of the lighter carbon pieces. It requires a helper handle in my opinion. The lid is fantastic.

This work was delivered to me last week. I think I've used it about 5 times since then? So far, I'm very pleased with it. br>At first, I had some difficulty seasoning it because I don't have a gas stove; instead, I have an electric coil stove, which is the reason. If you're going to season with a stove, make sure it's a gas stove. The heat produced by electric is insufficient. As a result, I turned to the oven, which worked perfectly. If you're going to bake it, remove the handle. br>br>The lid is a little flimsy, and the handle is still a little loose when screwed in. But, because I'm not a perfectionist, I don't mind. With each use, it becomes increasingly nonstick. I've made pastas, stir-fries, fried rice, and soups in here, and they've all turned out fantastically. I like how the sides are deep and sloped, as it heats evenly on all sides and cooks food quickly! I can't wait to show it some more love and continue to use it. I am pleased with my purchase. br>br>As well, there is excellent customer service.
