These pans are so awesome that words are inadequate to express how much I love them. I have used similar pans several times while staying at Wyndham hotels and I have always loved them, which is why my son bought them for me It is not possible for anything to stick to this pan and even if any residue is left at the bottom after cooking, you can easily wipe it clean with a paper towel or washcloth. While the ballarini Alu Nonstick fry pan impressed me, upon opening the box (package) I found that both pans were physically damaged. They are bent to one side. The package was undamaged, so I assume they sent me bent up pans in the box. In view of the cost, I will not be returning them, however, I will monitor how the coating holds once used and give another review after some time. This is my reason for the two stars, and I hope that the second review will be more accurate once it is used.
