Anolon Advanced Hard Anodized Nonstick Frying Pans Set / Nonstick Skillets, 10 Inch and 12 Inch, Indigo

Reading the answers to the questions in relation to the actual cooking surface size, I assumed I was getting a substantial cooking area. The answer to the question about the 12" pan was "10". There were no measurements taken with the device I know of. I'm only 9" tall! It's a real bummer.

Our glass cooktop no longer stands flat after only three or four uses, even using medium to medium high heat. Even using medium and medium heat, the bottom of the 12" and 14" pans have warped, and they no longer sit flat when used. Gas cooktops probably wouldn't have any issues with this.

In light of the brand name, reviews, and size of the pan, I am not surprised. It is a major disappointment. There is no way I can know if materials have changed or if construction has changed, but all the praise that's been given to this pan is unfair.

The coating on the center of my Calphalon pan was worn through. During the wait for my warranty replacement, I needed a product that was not covered by the warranty It's hard to stick to pans. This is a great pair of shoes that I bought. Their light weight makes them easy to transport The stick works really well. It heats evenly and is easy to clean. Additionally, I love blue, and this particular shade was a great match for my favorite color.

Since the 10" All Clad was so small, I had to use the larger pan instead. small adjustment in thinking about which pan to pull out if you're using it for a particular purpose.

Over the years, I have used Tefal pans whose surface life is markedly shorter than that of other pans and is generally changed almost annually. My Anolon stove has been in original condition for a few years now, it cooks a perfect egg without sticking, and the surface is still in original condition. It is definitely something I would purchase again, although at this point I am not sure I would have the need for a second one.

The package is not wrapped in paper or bubble wrap. There is only a paper sleeve to connect these two. They were packed in a box with a heavy Dutch oven and became scratched and marred.
