Pan on fire, cold oil on the stove. Keeping your pans seasoned is extremely important. You should not put your food in the oil before it is warm, as cold oil will cause it You should allow your food to cook for a long time before moving or flipping
Several of the company's products are available on Amazon, like the lid I bought for my 12" pan. When used with the pan, it works wonderfully.
Dear Sir or Madam, thank you for your interest in With our silicon handles, you can bake them at up to 350 degrees Celsius. Please let me know if this helped! I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Cuisinel
In fact, yes. No matter how they are configured, they work well. They work well on the ceramic stovetop I have. It's great to eat at their restaurants

It takes little time to clean either. Despite the fact that they supposedly came preconditioned, I seasoned the pans when I first got them. Several reviews complained that Cooking with Canola oil caused problems at first, but I tested three of them in the oven using Canola oil and they were fine. However, cooking with Canola oil indoors can cause problems since the pans get very As a result, I bought grapeseed and avocado oils. They have some of the highest smoke points but I have yet to try them. While I had only cooked with olive oil for a short time, I also used it on the stovetop. However, it worked fine and I have yet to experiment with it. In any case, these pans are a great choice! I would recommend doing a little more work after use (wash with only water, using a stainless steel chainmail scrubber, then heating the pan for about 20 minutes to drive off the water, then sealing it with oil and letting it.
The pan itself does a great job of maintaining its structural integrity. Cast iron pans are pretty much the same as frying pans. I received it in one piece, so that doesn't seem to be an issue. Despite the fact that these pans were not reversible, what I did not like is the black coating or varnish applied to My oven is other pans, so I tried to season them in the oven. After setting the oven to 450 degrees, very lightly oil the entire pan, bake for an hour, and oil once more after the dish is baked. My pans were so crinkled that after an hour I was able to scrape off the crinkled black varnish with a spatula when I took them out of the oven. As a result of the oil I had applied, it had lifted off the surface of the pan. After that, I broke out the angle grinder and the wire wheel to remove the rest of the finish. After a few minutes, it was ready for bare steel, which took about 20 minutes. I bought these pans so that I wouldn't have to coat them. A coating was applied to them. The metal working tools I possess and how I use them make my job easy. These pans would not be purchased if you do not.
As soon as I got them, I gave them a quick oil seasoning, and ever since they have been perfect. It's a good size size to do a 1" in the 10" pan. You can cook a 25lb ribeye on the 8" pan, and it's a great pan for a breakfast. In addition to the handle covers, it has a nice touch. During the time since, I have cleaned the vases several times, and they have not degraded in any way that is indicative of poor workmanship. The above set is what you are looking for if you are looking for a cheap, decent cast iron set.
The low price of these cast iron skillets was a real surprise to me. When I bought my original, large cast iron skillet maybe ten years ago, I spent a good chunk of my paycheck on it! Thus, suffice to say I was quite skeptical about the three skillet set and how they would work and hold up with time. I am extremely pleased with my purchase. 5/5
I have been using these heavily for quite some time now and they remain solid. I am not very good at what it comes to taking care of them, but to date they have not flaked or rusted. Another one in my family does it all the time! Medium weight, but not to the point where you're uncomfortable. Not too thin or thin, but neither chintzy nor thin either. In my opinion, they will last for a very long time. This skillet has a variety of sizes which makes it a lot more versatile for cooking. Overall, I think it's a 5 out of 5. I got so used to heating up a big skillet every night just to fry up some tofu and tempeh that I used to do that pretty much every night It took me a long time to realize that These skillets are so versatile in size, that's part of the reason I love them. My needs are really accommodated by them in every way they can. Despite I still use my big skillet for bigger things I need to cook (and you should too! ), these are great for cooking when you don't have a lot on the go. These skillets are extremely easy to clean thanks to their small size, pre-seasoned surface, and a reduced amount of metal. A coating with a seasoned appearance. With a sponge, oil and grease can be removed easily. Due to my lack of knowledge regarding the proper way to clean my cast iron skillet, I highly recommend that you look up how this is done.
The primary user of these pots is my husband (too heavy for me to lift comfortably), but I use them from time to time and ask him to clean them up (again, they're too heavy for me to lift). I'll get to my weak hands now. Cooking with these is easy, cleaning up is simple, and the food tastes better (probably my imagination, but that is my story and I stand by I would definitely buy it.
This is a very solid and long-lasting The cook is even and does an excellent job searing.
To remove my review, I have to pay $45 in total. It was not offered that they would replace or refund the entire purchase price for the poorly constructed product. These letters use misleading names that are poorly translated into English, but use names that are in English or American. The following are some suggestions I have for this company As an independent company that relies on reviewers, you claim to be small, If you make a better product, then you will receive very good reviews. During one use I have never seen a cast iron pan rust It is obvious that other companies have figured out how to make durable cast iron pans. As a result, I strongly suggest you do not purchase from this company as their methods are nefarious and Amazon should review the product and possibly take it down if they continue to misuse it for positive reviews, which is unfair to other customers. After one use, there were burnt on bits of food that could not be removed from the pan. My friends and I tried soap, a rubber scraper, a light bristled brush, as well as some suggestions we found online. Unfortunately, no success was found. As soon as I gave up and rinsed and dried the sides, rust appeared on both Its website is only basic, and it does not include instructions on how to wash caked-on It sounds like it will be easy That is not the case at all! A terrible product.
I have no words to describe my disappointment.
A cast iron cookware is a necessity for me. A great job is done by them. The issue of how to handle them and clean them is another. It may be just me, but if food sticks to the bottom, I find it difficult to clean. It's suggested that you don't wash with Because of this, I found any other method was not effective. Even now, I still use them because the food turns.
