It is not difficult for me to cook on my glass top stove because I have several sizes of pots and pans. I love how easy it is to clean and how well they work.

They are safe for flat top stoves, can they be used on them?

A glass top stove is what we use to cook our whole set. It works great

This pan was my first experience with cast aluminum, so I bought it. liked it so much I bought a whole set of it to use for everything. My favorite thing about them is how light and easy they are to work with and how easy they are to clean. You've got a fan in me! I highly recommend this book!.

I have never seen a pan like it

In the morning I needed an easy way to cook sausage and eggs without having to spend all of my time cleaning up the mess. I was able to fix it this way. There will be more pans for me to buy.
