We have even removed them from our stove with no problem! The moment you touch it, it begins to slide! For goodness sake, it is TOO slick on the outside of the pan! The food is great with these. Basically, they just need a special surface so they don't stick to the stove top! A number of things prevent eggs from sticking together. The surface is smooth and nothing sticks to it so far. We've been using these every day for about three weeks.
Considering she is just a few days old, it is hard to believe. In the past, I scratched the pans with my plastic spatula. The T Fal and Farberware have always worked for me without a hitch. In the meantime, I will donate them to a store in town that is accepting free merchandise.
