Though I knew it when I bought it, it serves as a gentle reminder to me that this skillet has its limitations.
They cook well, but some of the “paint” on the bottom comes off the pan and sticks to the burner area if they are used with a glass-topped electric range. A bit of cleaning up is needed on the stovetop to remove the spots of color missing from the skillet bottom.
There is no doubt these skillets are worth the money and that I would buy them again if the price were right.
Haven't yet used it. This is a heavy load. Those handles look nice. This color is so nice.
Both the handles and the pan are thin and I had trouble with the induction top due to the blue paint melting off the bottom.
Cleanup is easy and quick, and the oven heats up in an even manner.
