A pan of this size is perfect for cooking everything from cakes to cookies. The product is easy to clean, and it is very sturdy for the price. It's good to be able to see what's going on in the pan with the glass lid. I bought the 3 quart size as well because I loved this pan so much! The lid fits well, but it has a pressure relief hole, so I'm not sure if you can use the pan to cook rice or other foods that require a lot of steaming.

This is my second time using it and it started sticking while making eggs. (And yeah, this is another review about eggs!) I just received it two days ago. This pan came in handy my first time using it, when I cooked fish and rice. This pan has already begun sticking to me, which I did not expect.
My product came with a dent on the outer edge of the lid and the pan itself was very good.
