A pan with an 11 1/4" inside diameter has an 11 1/4" internal diameter.
There is a 3" depth to the pan
Both the lid and pan of this set are good up to 500 F, in accordance with the product information accompanying them. Our pan is regularly used to make beef stew First, the meat is sautéed, then the meat is put in the oven for two hours at 375 degrees, and the veggies are added at the end. I have not encountered any issues so far.
The pan I'm looking for is not available to me

This pot is perfect for our family because it is large, easy to clean, and easy to cook with, but it is now bowed at the bottom, which makes it impossible to cook eggs in it. When we stir it around on our stove, it moves around because it is Cuisinart is not a company I'd expect to take the time to do that considering how long we've used their products. call them on the number provided on their website, but it was incorrect. I guess I'll Google and call them shortly. It makes me so sad.
I have used my purchase twice since it arrived, and I am pleased with it. There are many pros to this product compared to the cons. The PROS are as follows A light, even heating system, and true non-toxic The surface of the disk does not stick, the glass lid does not heat, and the handles do not heat. It is the perfect size. *CON There is not enough fit between the lid and the pan, and it could easily fall off with even a little pop. Be sure to hold on to the rim of the pan while moving it. The reason it received four instead of five stars is because of this. A Calphalon set that I bought 30 years ago is now being replaced. Instead of buying a set this time, I am buying each pc separately. It is very important that I use wooden spoons and spatulas to take good care of my pans. It is the first time I have put pans inside If there is high heat involved, I use my cast iron. I can see the quality in the construction of these pans, and I anticipate that these will last me for a long time.
The Cuisinart pan has made just the minimum amount of progress in order to get it on There are no thick areas in the construction. My disinclination to buy this pan again is due to the uneven heat distribution. There is something good about the heavy lid (maybe it can be useful When the teflon finish gets marks, there are no scratches, just marks from utensils that are safe for teflon. If one is willing to spend the same money, one can get the same quality for half the price or a better quality pan for the same cost.
I've cooked on this for years and it still works great, does not burn, cleans up like a breeze, is a great weight and it holds up very well! Due to its large size, it is my favorite pan to cook in. I have the 3-1/2 qt pan as well but it is too small for some dishes I make, so I switch to the four-quart pan instead. It would be better for me if this had both helper handles instead of the longer handle so that I could handle and store it more easily. In addition, I do not have a single complaint about this pan and highly recommend it. With this baby, you can't go wrong Visit Amazon to find out the price!.
Using Cuisinart cookware is a great idea. Having recently lost my name, I had to get a new one I had become unable to lift the cookware because of arthritis in my hands, and it was too heavy for me to lift. As a result of my research, I was able to find a lightweight set that would still provide me with the same results as my original As a result of my recent purchase, I now have a complete set of this Cuisinart model. While it is very lightweight, it can carry out the same tasks as the heavy duty cookware. All the pans do not stick to any of mine even with a lower heat setting. It is easy for them to clean up. This large pan was added to my set of new pans. I am very happy with my new pans.
For years, I had used a Cuisinart Cast Lite pan that lasted well. So, I purchased this pan to replace it. Cast Lites were cast iron pans with a coating that did not rust It is important to coat and protect surfaces with stick coating. I was able to cook a lot of meals using it. Having searched high and low, I couldn't find anything that suited me It is well below the Cast lite & Elite No one was in the five that I looked at. I was hoping this pan would serve as a suitable replacement for the 5 quart pan, based on the description and shipping weight (7 pounds). From the moment I took it out of the box, I could easily see that the bottom of the pan is far too thin for my needs. There is probably as much weight in the lid as in the pan. The pan was never used by me, to be fair. The problem is that I have seen this film too many times and have grown bored of it It ends as I know it will.
In that one, I still found plenty of good meals in it before I replaced it, but the previous one stuck in the center. )
Which makes it perfect for cooking several pieces of meat at once. Spaghetti sauce, fried potatoes, and other deep fried foods will fit comfortably in it You can find other recipes that use just one dish.
There is a slight weight difference between it and the one we had for years, that makes it more comfortable to use. While the coating seems thinner compared to the thickness of the pan, the pan still performs as expected. It must be turned from 3/4 turn to full on the gas burner, but DO NOT put it on high heat. It will become damaged if it is heated fully. The coating in one small area of the product was slightly flawed, so I didn't rate it a 5 out of 5. If it lasts as long as the original, we will be pleased. In 8 or 10 years, check back for an update.
