This one is from Avacraft, and I found it through extensive research. One of the few I came across had a glass lid, which I preferred, but at first I was hesitant to purchase a pan from a company I had not heard of. In spite of that, I decided to try it anyway, since the reviews were positive. It was the first pan that I had a problem with and sent back (a dent in the rim on the lid), but I received another pan some Cooking in the pan is easy since it is lightweight and not heavy. It is a nice size, and can hold a large amount of food. The health benefits of stainless steel are much greater than those of non-stainless Using a stick is easier, but cleaning it is more difficult. Avacraft sends instructions on how to use the pan with each pan, so you will not run into any issues by providing diligent attention and following directions. The pan turned out to be great. I am so glad I tried it. Since I started using it, it's my go-to pan almost all the time. As an FYI, I recommend Bar Keepers Friend to remove stuck on food and to keep your stainless steel looking.
I'm going to be honest with you, most of my cookware is a well-known brand An established, higher-level entity Avacraft was a more affordable brand than the former, but they were out of stock on this size. In my experience, I use my cookware a great deal more than most individuals, as I enjoy cooking more than most folks. I'm very satisfied with both its quality and performance as it matches or exceeds the brands I own that are more expensive. The electric heater distributes heat evenly and maintains an easy-to-clean surface. It is my intention to purchase more in the near.
I highly recommend Avacraft pots and pans, extremely fair prices.
I was quite surprised by how good this pan was! On my electric range, I used to use the same pan that I used on my gas The price I paid for it 15 years ago was around $75. As a result of not feeling my hands, I was easy to burn myself when I switched to an induction range. A great feature of induction is that the heat stays in the pan and does not spread under the cooktop. During the process of switching over to induction cooking, nearly all of the old pots and pans had to be thrown out. My induction pans were replaced, however the sauté pan was smaller than the ones I had before, so I could not cook as much I found this new one to be very interesting. As before, it allows me to cook on the induction cooktop in the same way as before. As well, I like the fact that the company selling them is minority owned and owned by a woman.
There is nothing I like better than this pan because it's heavy but not too heavy and.
Honestly, I am in love with You won't feel too heavy when using the device and it looks expensive.
Prior to reviewing, I wanted to make use of this pan for a few times You will have to adjust a little bit if you are like me and have previously only used nonstick skillets. . . . Please follow the instructions and set the temperature to low or medium when preheating/cooking. You should also wait until the pan is preheated before you add oil or butter. It is sometimes necessary to add a little extra oil, and sometimes a little cooking time needs to be extended. So far, I am happy with the results, but I do not know how durable this pan will be. Right now, I am using it for less than a year, so I cannot comment on its durability. The stovetop I use to cook is electric (glass top).
I was looking for a skillet with straight sides, and this one fits the bill perfectly. It seems like so many skillets have sloped sides, which I do not like as food slopes In comparison with the skillet it replaces (different brand), this one is a good fit. In a few years, this one developed a crack in the side. It is my hope that this one will not be affected by that. The warranty is supposed to be lifetime, but I doubt I will register the device. The somewhat sloppy fit of the lid was a deciding factor for me in giving this skillet a one-star rating. I think the design there is very poor. As far as I can tell, from the test I did on my induction cooktop, it worked fine.
