A pan that I could use to sear steaks, ahi tuna, and other dishes that I need a quick crust on the outside, but a rare interior remains my priority. It was a real treat to use the Red Volcano pan! As a result of a great sear on the exterior, I was able to make a quick pan sauce with I love how easy it is It's more than I can handle!.
My test was to make a giant omelet with no butter or oil, using cheese and tomatoes. Photos do not do the omelet justice, but it was relatively easy to flip, and even slipped right off the pan after being flipped. In addition, cleanup was so easy that I might make giant omelettes more often in the future!.
The pancakes slid right off and I had to add lots of butter to taste. The brand I tried is just wonderful. I saw it on television and had to give it a try!.
An ad for the Red Volcano pan appeared on TV as I was watching with a friend. As I was razzing it, we laughed and it was no different than your typical frying pan advertisement.
