Whenever I write reviews about Le Creuset pots and pans, I seem to get them mixed up. It is so convenient and good to have them all. Therefore, this pan is the Rectangular Cast Iron Roasting and Baking Pan. Unlike the ones I have, this one is heavy because it is made of cast iron, unlike the ones I have that are not heavy because they are not. Unlike most other round vases, this one is cast iron, making it more versatile. In contrast to making gravy from leftovers (font) in the pan, I am not concerned with roasting or even cooking anything on the stove. Would I consider it a love affair? In short, yes. I find the following to be enjoyable A better budget and more time for cooking allow me to take advantage of these advantages. Therefore, I am able to buy top of the line tools that are an excellent value, so I can do whatever I need to do more easily. My favorite way to prepare meat and poultry is to roast them. The pan is comfortable for me and I'm confident with it. The pan is nice. It has done an excellent job for the past couple of days while I have been cooking in it. Despite its sturdy construction, it does not lose heat easily. Covering it with foil or parchment paper will work if you are trying to keep moisture in is easy. I would like to point out that it isn't quite as big as it appears. As for me, I have no problems, but I can see why people would be amazed. It works great when you have a couple of people over. example, you can lay out a package of chicken breasts in it without having them touch each other. It would be wise to look at the 7 qt model if you want to cook more than that at a time. As an added benefit, it is easier to clean due to the size. There is just enough space between the edges of the slab to fit it flat inside an average sink when this slab is diagonal. If your roaster is bigger, you'll have to fumble around more.

There is no guarantee that the finish enamel will last forever, but it seems to hold up quite well. This item may be a bit heavy, which makes washing it difficult, but it should last a long time.

This is a beautiful piece of Le Creuset in a color that I haven't seen before oyster. This is the first time I have used a piece of Le Creuset. I have many pieces in various colors. It is a beautiful shade. It's good that the pan is so large. The size of this is enough for one or two of us, so it's a good thing I didn't buy the large one. Made in France, this is a nice, sturdy item. A beef roast, chicken, or noodle dish will all work perfectly in this. It is still being delivered. I ordered a roasting rack for the inside, but it hasn't arrived.

This roaster was a great purchase for me. I found it to be exactly what I needed. I bought the smaller roaster for small items as well as I loved it so much. Similar to the Dutch ovens, the roasters are also pots and pans!.
