What is the length of the classes? My preferred length is 10 1/2 inches or longer and the handles should be wood. ?

It measures 9 1/2 inches from tip to tip, with the metallic portion measuring about 6 1/2 inches. A variety of colored markings are present on the "bottom" of the handles. Please accept my sincerest thanks for your assistance.

Does the stainless steel used for these products pass the food grade test?

There is no way for me to figure it out. Our family has been using them to make s'mores for over a year now without any problems.

Do they come from where they are ?

The marking is not obvious, but I would speculate that they are Chinese. Their lightness gives them an airy quality. It has been a couple of years since I bought them, but so far I have not faced any problems. The wood handles on the handle can cause the dishwasher to malfunction.

durable are the handles in terms of heat resistance? This will be used to cook hot oil/tempura fondue with meats (steak and chicken) ?

Our experience has been that the handles do not become too hot when used for fondue, which includes meat. We use them to keep our grandchildren entertained.

Skewers with a strong grip

As soon as the lady minute had expired, I decided to celebrate New Years Eve with fondue. My compromise was to buy these skewers and use a tiny crock pot because I didn't have a fondue set and they were impossible to find. I did not have a problem with it.

I found these to be perfect to go with our mini smores Due to the color coating on the end of each skewer, we were able to tell whose skewer was whose.
