For fire wands, a solid base is needed

It is a kit that I bought to make replacement fire wands since the cotton on the ones I currently have is blackening and not safe to use. Considering that I have been doing a lot more fire cupping than I used to, I decided that instead of just replacing the cotton on the wands I was already using, I would pick up another full set of supplies for making them.
