think you are looking at White Jasmine Tea made from leaves of Jasmine plants, which is delicious, but must be prepared exactly as described on the can for the best taste. Not quite boiling water and 30 seconds until it has cooled is the best method. Put the bag in the freezer for 60 seconds before removing it. Also, allow it to cool a little until the entire flavor comes through. You did a great job.

Buying the right stuff can make a big difference. White Jasmine grown in China is grown in Sri Lanka, and Ginger grown in Sri Lanka. This company makes excellent products and I highly recommend their products

Tea of this quality is my favorite. My favorite green and white tea combination is green and white mixed together because white tea has a more mellow flavor than green tea.
