Second steeping for 10 minutes wasn't quite as good as the first, but it wasn't bad either. Dryness that is not too bad. It was fun. There is little to no aftertaste, and it is not as robust as we are accustomed to in a breakfast tea. The citrus flavor is barely discernible after brewing, but it adds a welcome, subtle twist to the traditional Earl Grey flavors. The bergamot notes are also not overpowering. Lauren gets a six out of ten from me. We were very excited to try this one. Samuel 7/10br>br>Masala Chai 212° 4 1/2 minutesbr> It has a wonderful aroma.   Spice, cloves, and cardamom are some of the flavors we detect. br>Delicious and festive; Lauren preferred it without the milk but with a pinch of sugar. Samuel is a milk and sugar kind of guy. Lauren gets an 8 out of 10 for her performance.     9/10br>br>Himalayan Oolong 190° 4 minbr>Nice big leavesbr>Samuel 9/10br>br> The dry leaves have a pleasant aroma that reminds me of a light black tea. br>This is one of the few teas that I enjoy without milk or sugar. I haven't had much experience with oolong tea, but I enjoyed it and plan to try more in the future. It appears to be a darker green tea, according to Lauren. There are no competing flavors in this tea, which is a plus. Lauren 7/10 Samuel 7/10br>br>br>Himalayan Greenbr>br> br>Green tea, as usual. The flavor is unremarkable, but it goes well with animal crackers. br>Samuel prefers his green tea with a touch of honey, but he dislikes green tea in general. Samuel gets a five out of ten. Lauren 6/10br>br>Cardamom Chai 212° 5 minutesbr>Strong cardamom flavor. It's unique and fun. This was one of our favorites when it came to chai. The tea was accompanied by dark chocolate Milano cookies. a wonderful combination Samuel drank his second cup of coffee with milk and sugar, hoods up! The second steeping was enjoyable, but not as strong as the first. Lauren gets a nine out of ten, and Samuel gets a nine out of ten.

The pamphlet provided me with some background information on the company, its history, and its commitment. This, to me, adds a personal touch to the conversation and distinguishes the company from the cold exchange between two complete strangers. Brew times, temperature, and measuring quantities are all included in the sampler. Having said that, this is one of the best teas I've ever had! Every time I brewed a cup, I was pleasantly surprised by the freshness of the flavor. Each tea has a distinct aroma that will transport you. I'm having a hard time deciding which is my favorite, though the Cardamom and Citrus Black Teas are both strong contenders. If the company continues to provide such high-quality service and products in the future, they will have gained a customer for life!.

(edited). These were enjoyable, and the sampler sized packs are convenient for trying a variety of things or, if you're like me, using them without becoming bored and stale. However, none of these "wowed" me at all, and I ended up blending them with some of my other favorite flavors to get rid of them. I've recently tried a few of these loose leaf variety packs, and while there was nothing wrong with this one, it was also one of my least favorites in terms of taste, though there was nothing wrong with them, they just weren't as good as others. br>NEW ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: They sent me a free set of their Tumeric Teas, which I already knew I liked, because I didn't care for these. I'm giving it a star because you went above and beyond in terms of customer service.

the- Set up a month-long club! When I was looking for a way to create my own custom tea bar, I came across this tea sampler. the- Setup by month. I couldn't find an affordable club that I liked, so I ordered this tea sampler, a Vahdam black tea sampler, and a package of drawstring pouches (reviewed separately) and had my kids put each sampler in its own bag. I'll have one of them pull a random pouch every month, and that will be my tea for the month. I intend to write a separate review for each sample as I try it. br>br>The Darjeeling was chosen at random this month. I'd never had Darjeeling before, so I didn't know what to expect, and I was blown away! It's a delicately flavored tea, almost floral, with a smoky undertone; it's absolutely delicious, of excellent quality, and perfect for sipping. My seven- year- It was a huge hit with my 12-year-old daughter (who is extremely picky). I'm planning on ordering a full-size package of this in the near future, and I'm really looking forward to trying the next sample. br>br>The Earl Grey was the second sample in this assortment. I was a little nervous because I'd tried a few Earl Grey teas before and didn't care for them due to the overwhelming bitterness of the bergamot. I was delighted to try it and discover that the bergamot has only a slight bitterness to it, and the citrus perfectly complements the tea chosen for this blend. It's delicious, especially with honey drizzled on top, and I was relieved to finish my cup. While Earl Grey will never be one of my favorite teas, I'm overjoyed to have discovered one that I can enjoy.
