I thought it would be fun to do some research on the health benefits of rooibos after I got it, so I did. I was disappointed to learn that rooibos contains phytoestrogens, which aren't harmful if consumed in moderation. Unless you're dealing with a woman who is estrogen-deficient. I have breast cancer that is sensitive, and I know what it's like to be diagnosed with it. What a pity, because I adore this tea and have a large supply. My oncologist confirmed that I shouldn't drink this delicious tea. Fortunately, my husband enjoys it as well, so he will be the one to enjoy it in our home. This is a delicious tea that you should order.

I've experimented with a few different brands. This tea is fantastic. I've tried a few other Rooibos tea brands that had an overly artificial Rooibos flavor, but this one is unique. It has a fresh, natural flavor. I am extremely happy.

It is beneficial in lowering cholesterol

This tea is to be enjoyed. My cholesterol has decreased since I began using it. As per the Doctors show's recommendation. My doctor was so impressed that he'll recommend rooibos tea to anyone who doesn't want to take medication. After brewing, I've been adding frozen fruit to boost the flavor. Delivery was very quick.

An excellent caffeine-free alternative to caffeinated teas. This brand of Roobioo is unlike any other Roobioo I've had before. It's not as bitter as green tea ice cream, and it reminds me of it. It's very soothing, and I drink a cup of it every night before going to bed. The addition of 80 bags to my tea cabinet is a nice touch. At this rate, I believe it will last about half a year per box, which is excellent value for money.

I really wanted to like this tea because it's organic and environmentally friendly, but it was bland

The chai is conscious, but it's bland; all you taste is the tea and none of the spices you'd expect from a chai, with the exception of a faint cinnamon flavor. If you like tea, this could be for you. I used extra tea bags this time to make sure it wasn't just user error, and I made sure to give it more than the brewing time. This is probably not for you if you enjoy chai tea.
