My favorite fact about this is that it is certified organic and that the instructions for making Kombucha are easy to follow! You still have to buy culture in order to make Kambucha There is nothing in the description about this, and it cannot be returned. I wouldn't waste your money if you were to buy culture and let it sit around for 7 days You can add culture and let it sit for a week, but this is tea until you add it to it.
Despite my dislike for tea, I really like this just received this tea and I'm loving it. I've just started making my own Kombucha. It looked to be a little pricey, but I only use 4tsp per gallon, so it turns out to be fairly inexpensive! The fact that it is a blend is also appealing.

This kombucha is incomplete, so you should not buy it. The package took some time to print out, since I was interested in finding the liquid necessary for the starter culture. A gallon of boiled water was wasted, and I lost a lot of time and money.
Whether you drink it on its own or with additions (my favorite is apple juice with cinnamon), it is great.
