No, it can't be turned into a skin care product because the blue dye spills out and is harmful to the skin. It's also unfit for consumption. Look at the feedback. Also, I was unable to obtain a refund from this seller.
It all depends on how strong your tea is. I use a lot of it and make iced tea with it.
Maintain a cool, dry environment for us. I stored mine in a Mason jar to extend its shelf life, but you don't need to.

Tea made from it has been used to treat general pain, reduce inflammation, aid in the treatment of common eye problems such as conjunctivitis, fight certain types of cancers, promote brain health, and "increase vitality. " I like it with a squeeze of lemon. It's almost mandatory that you drink it on a daily basis.

I suffer from a serious case of My left knee is inflamed and painful. You wish to discontinue your medication usage. Because of all of the great benefits I've heard about, I decided to buy it. I got it just now. I really like how subtle the flavor is. I'm hoping it'll help with my knee problems, but I'm not sure if it's working yet. When I see results, I'll update this review.
