I'm very pleased with it! Nothing usually works for me when it comes to getting a good night's rest. I've tried hemp pills and zquil, but the sleepy time detox is the only thing that has gotten me to sleep so far. I only use one of the tea pods at a time because a friend recommended it. Every night, I have one of these. I suffer from severe insomnia, and falling asleep takes me hours. Then I don't sleep through the night. I drink it a few hours before bed and find that I fall asleep much more quickly, sometimes only an hour or two after lying down, which is fantastic. The combination, which also includes a weighted blanket and a sleep mask, is really helping me sleep and sleep better. I'm not sure if it's related, but I haven't had a cold or anything since the beginning of the year, and it's now December.
This tea is silky smooth and relaxing to drink, especially late at night. It's similar to the original Sleepytime that I enjoy from time to time; however, if I had to compare the two, I think this tea is a little sweeter, which I don't mind. I am not a fan of sugary drinks in general, but this one isn't too sweet. I can't comment on whether this tea is a "throat tamer" or not because I didn't have a sore throat when I drank it. When I run out of this product, I'll buy it again.
This tea is fantastic! I drink it every night with my collagen peptides because it helps my irritable sinuses and has a pleasant taste. The six-box case is an incredible deal.
It tastes great and opens up your sinuses, making you feel much better, especially if you have seasonal allergies.
I really like the sleepy time line; all of the flavors are delicious, but this one is my favorite; the flavor is not only delicious, but it also has the qualities of a detox tea, and I'm much more regular when I drink it at night. When my alarm goes off in the morning, I get up and go. It is never an emergency; it occurs on its own accord.
I did catch a cold this winter, but I drank this tea at least four or five times a day during the illness (plus, I had been drinking it every day before), and I believe it aided in my recovery. Now, I can't say whether it was because of all the liquids I was drinking or because of the ingredients because I'm not a walking scientific study (well, some people may disagree, lol), but it seemed to help. I drink Sleepytime tea every night regardless of the weather, so I figured I might as well add this one for the cold and flu season! Great stuff; I'll probably drink it all year, not just during the holidays, because it's just as good as the regular Sleepytime!.
Tea is delicious! My teen has trouble falling asleep four days a week, but she claims she sleeps like a baby when she drinks this tea before bed! In addition, the flavor is excellent. Because all of the stores were out of this item, I had to order it from Amazon! That's how good it is!.
I occasionally drink YOGI "bedtime" tea, but I also use this "SleepyTime" Sinus Soother. It's perfect for a night out when I'm looking for something different. It's a flavor that can be difficult to come by (Sinus), so I had to get it when I saw it on Amazon for about half the price I'd paid in the store. Fast shipping and the ability to obtain a large quantity of it saves me from having to run another errand. It's simple to get 5 stars in this place!.
