They are, in fact. Bigelow's Steep teas are my go-to choice because they're organic rather than just herbal. I haven't had this particular tea in a long time because my main problem is PTSD and sleep deprivation. I use Gaia Herbs' "Sleep and Relax," a soothing blend of Lemon Balm and Passionflower, which is similar but stronger and more effective. I hope this information is useful! I only bring it up because I spent so much time testing and trying different teas on my own, and that can be expensive.

This was something I tried to help me fall asleep faster. I had no idea that two cups of this would completely eliminate my night sweats, waking up, and inability to fall asleep again. This actually works, and I'm sleeping as well as I was before my hormones went AWOL. One night, I made an attempt to go without it. I awoke and was unable to sleep again. There will be no more. I was exhausted the following day. Every night before I go to bed, I will drink this tea. I've grown accustomed to the flavor and look forward to my two cups of tea before bed.
I've been having a lot of trouble sleeping lately because I'm extremely sensitive to sounds and light, and I wake up frustrated and ready to get out of bed and finish the day. Let me tell you something: the first night, I was yawning nonstop and ready for bed within seconds of sipping my tea. I was knocked out and didn't wake up/toss or turn for the entire night, and I felt so much better when I woke up. I awoke with a smile on my face as well. Unfortunately, I forgot my tea while out of town this past weekend, and my frustrations with being uncomfortable/tossing and turning returned. Fortunately, I'm back home and have my tea to assist me once more; the taste is also delectable, and I'm very pleased with my purchase.
I have anxiety, and this tea has significantly reduced my symptoms. There is no caffeine in this herbal tea, which is a huge plus. I drink it three or four times a day because it has a pleasant taste.
As I stated in my headline, I am only interested in purchasing a few herbal teas. This one, on the other hand, is an outlier. Rose hips and hibiscus are the most common ingredients. which, by the way, are both quite good by themselves - Peach flavor is mixed in. I can see why some people would sweeten it, but I prefer it strong and unsweetened; it's tart, flavorful, and refreshing. Rose hips are also high in vitamin C, and research suggests that hibiscus may have a moderate effect on high blood pressure. (My blood pressure has dropped since I began drinking this tea in large quantities, but it's impossible to say how much of that is due to this tea. ) )br>br>While I'll never be a fan of herbal tea in general, this blend is exceptional.
This tea had been a long time coming for me. It didn't work for me at all, which is disappointing. I tried brewing three bags and still didn't yawn. I'm switching to a different brand that a friend recommended, and I'm giving the rest to a friend who enjoys tea in general. Don't buy this product if you're looking for a tea to help you relax and sleep; the fact that it has mint in it should have been a dead giveaway that it wouldn't work! Who puts MINT in their bedtime tea? Mint is a stimulant, not a relaxing agent. Before making a purchase, I should have read the ingredients. ((Insert a sneer)).
I've been looking for a good, strong lemon tea because I'm always adding my own lemon to tea and have discovered that it's my favorite flavor. Instead of always adding my own lemon, I figured I could just find a good lemon tea and save myself the trouble. This is the first one I've tried that's strong enough that I don't have to add my own lemon juice. I'm so glad I chose this large quantity of boxes because I go through a lot of tea on a daily basis. br>br>Once I'm done with this, I'll definitely buy again!.
It's a big hit with all of my family and friends. Even my sister, who used to despise tea, now enjoys it! br>br>This tea is far superior in terms of quality and flavor to any other peach tea I've tried, including the Celestial Seasonings version, which isn't nearly as good! Bigelow's tea has such a distinct flavor profile! All of their green tea varieties, as well as this tea, are my favorites! Buying in bulk means I'll be able to drink it for a few months before it runs out! That's how good it is!.
