I'm excited about how useful it is. However, when it is not finished, the unfinished side picks up so much matcha that it cannot be removed unless it is gently scrubbed with a sponge or your fingers. The spoon is the reason I waste matcha every time I use it. I use high quality matcha that is expensive. My recommendation is not to do so. In addition to these options, there are many others available.
