In the description it doesn't indicate whether the bowl can be microwaved or not, but generally ceramics can be, so I would not worry about microwaving it even Also, I checked inside the bowl to see if it had been marked as microwave-safe, but it did not seem to be. say you can use this bowl to serve soup and for other things in the description, so I assume you can nuke it as well.
