It is not compatible with the induction stovetop to use Turkish copper coffee pots. Both electric and gas stovetops can be used with them.
The steps for preparing Turkish coffee are as follows Please note The cezve (ibrik) should have about 50 milliliters of water Pour in 7 oz) per cup of coffee preferred *br> Taste it and add sugar if necessary. Please note When the coffee is boiled twice in succession, it is sure to be removed from the heat between each boil. In the meantime, the foam may either be discarded or kept and stirred well before discarding. Serve the remaining powder after allowing it to settle. If you wish to accelerate the process, you can add a tablespoon of cold water to the pot after boiling twice.

Cons I received no package. Here is what I got This HAKAN Turkish Coffee Pot is something I got for my wife. My wife loves coffee and she wants the experience as much as possible when she drinks it. It has been her favorite pot for a long time. As it is handmade, it has a lot of character to it. Despite its plastic handle getting warm, it does heat water as expected. The surface is smooth, but not uncomfortably smooth. For this reason, you can still handle it with your You can make two cups of coffee with it. Despite the fact that the coffee pot is not as functional as modern coffee pots, it takes a bit more effort to use. This is something that my wife enjoys the whole process . . . so it is the perfect fit It was not possible for me to locate any warranty information either on the product information page or the item description page. Taking the time to read this is much appreciated. My honest review of this product was obtained in exchange for a free product. Compared to competitors that I researched, this product appears to be right in the mid-range in terms of price. We hope this information is helpful. The only thing I will really use this for is melting a tablespoon of butter for my popcorn even though I love coffee and can see myself making Turkish coffee with this. There is more than enough room in this coffee maker for me to melt as much butter as I would like. I really like that you can order different sizes depending on your personal needs. Despite its traditional appearance, this Turkish coffee maker is made of tin on the inside and copper on the outside. There is a brass handle on the handle. As an amateur, I have no expertise --- It's up to folks from the former Ottoman Empire to sort that out -- The coffee maker should be able to create a nice cup of tea or coffee. One minor gripe was having to scrape off the inventory label from the bottom of the unit with a razor. It is very useful for boiling small quantities of water or warming up a choice brew before serving, flambeeing, or adding to a recipe. Even after I took away the paper part of the label, I had trouble getting the remaining adhesive off. I used Goo Gone, but it did not work. I think it would be better if just a tag was hung like the ones on clothes. In the meantime, I am quite happy to be over all that.
There's something very special about copper objects, and to place one of them on a stove seems a real shame, if I'm being honest I am not a chef, so my primary passion here is coffee. I have quite a few copper items, and this little pot will be on display until I am able to get the appropriate coffee to show it off. I like the hammered pot because it's shiny and lush, and the golden ornamented handle just offsets the look. In my view, there are two things they might consider adding I wish they would offer the coffee cups they illustrate with the product and, as with almost every product vendor on Amazon, I wish they would offer usage instructions, so we could see the recommended usage and build on it. Regardless, the quality of workmanship on this product really amazes me - one thing I should highlight is how thick the wood is - The whole thing is so.
The largest size 16 oz is what I purchased. I love the hammered look of it on the exterior and also the interior has some hammered effect to it. Update 6/25/2021 The hotel made me think My measuring device held only 12 fl oz of water and actually measured how many ounces it held. That means it must have been a mistake on their part.
