I've had innumerable electric kettles in recent years, but this one stands out for its design and speed. However, it is the customer service behind this product which sells it the most. Customer service representatives from Equinox contacted me shortly after I purchased through Amazon to wish me well with my purchase and in the hopes that I would enjoy it - Often, vendors try to take advantage of their customers. My item presented a frustrating yet apparently inconstant issue with the lid not long after I had started using it. This must have been a freak occurrence, and I contacted Jim and he very kindly expedited shipping out a new kettle for me It is impossible for me to express in enough words how impressed I am with this company and its customer service. If the opportunity presents itself I will buy It is not something that I normally do, but the content of this book is compelling enough for me to provide a review. This is the second time I have used the product, and I wish more companies would provide the same level of courtesy and support.

A while back, I bought one of these so I wouldn't forget the kettle on the burner (I used to forget to turn it off I suppose - a That's a pain). Does the trick perfectly. It seems to be a good product. It heats up rapidly and shuts off reliably when it's done. I find this to be a nicer looking model than others I've It has been with me for a couple of months. It has been helpful to my son and I on a daily basis. Hopefully, I'll be able to update once I've had more time. Although I'm not sure why, the metal bottom hasn't accumulated mineral scale like the last brand I used so that's a plus. It would have been nice to have a wider lid opening. I still have to get my water from my refrigerator in a separate container, but it's still easy to clean. The extra step will most likely be eliminated if I put a filter on my sink. I am pretty sure that the water going into the pot will be warm from the start.
