I had a Krups kettle for about ten years, but it failed. The Krups kettle is easy to use and clean, so after searching for another kettle I decided to stick with it. Despite being cool to the touch, the pot itself is hot One can be stored in it It is more than enough to use 5 liters of water. There is hard water in my home, but vinegar helps remove the hard water stains. Clean-up is easy because the inside is made of one piece of steel. Since the filter on my old Krups was plastic, I'm glad to see the steel one, although I think it could have had smaller holes. loaded up the pot to the maximum limit and timed how long it takes to boil before it automatically turned off.
