A new electric kettle just arrived in the mail. I have found it to be very useful so far It does however have 3 stars overall because the product description is misleading and I feel as if I was duped based on the seller's response when I asked specifically if there was plastic inside and he responded "no", which is not true, there is * * Q Can you give me a picture of the plastic parts in the kettle (that are in - AB I do not. The only part that can be touched by water is the glass and stainless steel part and it is BPA-free. Ideal for quickly warming up water! It's a no-brainer The interface is very straight forward and user-friendly. It is possible to change the temperature with the plus and minus buttons There is a button to change the sign from Fahrenheit to Celcius or vice versa. Heating Up and Keep Warm are different colors, and the different colors are nice. I don't really need to use the heating system, but the different colors are nice. This works well for brewing coffee or boiling water to use for pasta because it heats up faster than a kettle or pot of water. Furthermore, the beeping sound when it's done is quiet or pleasant, so if you live with roommates, it won't bother them.

It's a no-brainer It is hard to clean the bottom of my old water kettle since it has been used for many years. I found this one on Amazon when I was looking for a new one to replace my old one. My interest was piqued by the fancy design and multifunction. This is my first time using it, and it works well It's a nice design with the glass, which looks cool and very clean with the level of water. It looks fancy to have the blue led light on when I boil the water. I can manually set the temperature and I can also set the time that the water is boiled. It is also useful to have the warm water function, with which I can adjust the water temperature to my preference. The water kettle has a great aesthetic appearance and a number of smart functions that make it perfect for an everyday use.

It is not something I would buy For the past five months, it has broken. In the middle of making tea I chose to heat some water. The microwave did just fine. I poured the hot water onto a holder when it made a loud pop, forcing me to break it. I'm not sure why it would pop if it wasn't for poor quality. I didn't see any water on the bottom or on the pad. There is a good chance I'll buy another brand this time around****UPDATE In response, the company offered to replace the product right away without asking any questions. It only took a few days for me to receive the new product. My rating will be changed from 4 stars to 5 stars due to the quick response from customer service to resolve the problem.

It works very well. Because certain teas and other beverages that I make require specific temperatures for the water when it is heated, and you cannot guess what the temperature is when water is heating up without using a thermometer, I was specifically looking for one that had adjustable and variable temperature settings. It was my first time using this kettle, so I had to give it a try. My son was able to open and set it up in a matter of minutes, and he said he appreciated the simplicity of the device. It has been nearly a month since I began using it, and so far I have not had any issues. While the temperature control on it can only do preset values, there are a few different options to select from, and at least one of them will be the right temperature for the job you're heating up Its design is also quite nice, it has a nice modern look to it and would fit well in a variety of styles. This kettle has overall been a good buy for me, and I It is hoped that it will last for many years to come.
