Surely this is made in the U.S. ?

A quart's worth of stir sticks is 1/4 inch wide. I prefer the premium sticks, and they have to be kept at all times.

This is 4 1/4 inches wide and I personally prefer the premium sticks. A couple of bottles remain on hand throughout every business day.

Boxes of paper are empty

The ones that stick up higher than all others are empty, still going through the bag, but I haven't given them any use yet. There were few splinters at the top of the bag. There was no quality assurance on this batch of products. Also bought because of the others' great reviews. Willing to give itba a go.

There are just stir sticks for their purpose; so far, we have only encountered 12 of these in wrappers - so that's just us stirring food. no stick.

They're individually wrapped, so I like that. Having used multiple people to handle the stirrer, I am no longer in need to bring it home. I have not found any slivers in them so far. The packaging was excellent and they arrived quickly.

Stir sticks of the average sort - not too different in taste

The file can be taller or shorter. Stir sticks like this are not that common. In fact, one can observe little to no sheers on this well-spanned board, though it is well sanded. The thickness and width were both disappointing to me. With others, they're thicker and can be almost entirely built up over a wide area, giving them a much greater level of resilience. There are no major problems with them.

Sticks with superior taste at a reasonable price

This stir stick is one we really liked. We are highly recommending it. This stick is more classier than whimpy plastic ones or thin wooden ones that warp just because they bend.
