Not sure. While the milk tastes good when it's hot enough for me to drink it and when the coffee has been added it does not warm enough. The finished drink needs to be hot enough to be frozen before I eat it. I microwaved it for 30 seconds to get it hot. There is no issue with this machine at all.
As a result, yes - I do indeed have one. Bottom is ordinary espresso size, middle button is lungo, and upper button means milk/frother can be used.
Your K cup does not work at all.

It is extremely inconvenient to use! The Rapid Cappuccino System's milk frother is terrible, but I was hoping I might get better results with another product. Upon receiving this product on January 25, 2020, I soon started drinking lattes while using the milk frother. Though the milk frother still proved inconvenient. It is necessary for the whole computer to be cleaned after every cleaning process. If you want to make another latte, your next step must be filling the chamber. After you unplug it, it will not turn on/start. This is because parts have to be disconnected and thoroughly replaced, so every element has to be disconnected and shaken out so no water can be evaporated from the process. Reprogram it when you are ready. As long as we keep making lattes the first 3 days we'll have to commit to fixing this and doing so several times before even knowing what is working or if it isn't working. A very, very inconvenient experience. There is now no milk frother on the production line as of February 3, 2020, as the system has finally died. After I called the Nespresso number, a support agent talked me through the procedure for roughly 45 minutes, which failed. Finally, after I have requested a replacement or refund with Amazon's agent, he suggested I return it. I did that and have been able to find Amazon agents with no obvious knowledge of what they're doing. My relationship with him was difficult. As in not processing the refund in the manner he wanted.
At one time, the milk steamer worked twice with the buttons even as they were turning away. There's nothing wrong with the sensor. When dealing with Nespresso, I am consistently referred to in circles. Purchase any computer other than this one, please.
Apparently, you're up for spending the hard earned money. Two espresso machines and a Nespresso come in handy to me. I was completely satisfied with what I bought and what they do. disappoints me with this model. Almost 80 percent of the time, this milk dispenser doesn't work. As far as a small coffee cup goes, the base machine is not very capable of holding it. Thanks to my negative experience with Amazon, I will return again.
Five stars was the recommended rating, but the box itself was torn. Wrap your purchase better this time and your product would last longer.
I have had only two machines since the second one stopped working one day after the first started working. No buttons could be clicked on the second machine, which came dead on arrival. It takes about 25 seconds for me to enjoy an espresso. Then I will have about 35 seconds to enjoy a cappuccino. These small appliances have an elegant, traditional feel and do not need all the counter space.
Following is my first phrase: The product fits within my budget and is very easily operated. Furthermore, it delicious coffee has been served. I enjoyed all the nespresso pods that were included as part of the sampler. This milk froths great and is most often made into a cup when poured into it. There are cons to this. Three things I had problems with were the material and spout. 1) the milk spout isfinnicky. In addition, the machine often overshoots and oversticks the cup, meaning the milk drops from my machine on my counter right before you use the mixer. It's not that big compared to some of the other machines out there. After I attach my blue Starbucks tumbler to my machine, the milk spout or the coffee spout are not the right height and I must hold it up just to bring it up to them. On a drip tray, the smaller mug will fit on the top but I will not be able to get all 12 ounces of drip tray. It is impossible (I have to take out the drip tray to get them working) to fit them even if they are lifted off the tray. The final thing is that after pouring coffee from the machine, it's draining quite slowly. Due to these reasons, if the drip tray is not placed on the bottom following the removal of my cup, coffee will pour on top of it.
All- All I know is that I would keep it if not for the extra counterspace and would consider buying a similar machine from the first line (Essenza or CitiZ), though I'd have to be very careful because I have a smaller kitchen.
