It has been almost 6 months since I first bought my Nespresso by Breville, but it is leaking A Square Trade Warranty I bought turned out to be When I filled out the form and submitted it, I received an email saying I was denied because it was my fault that the problem occurred. A few seconds later I received another one that directed me to a phone number. We have pretty much a cut and dried situation here. I don't think anyone should leak water from a machine! I believe that a Nespresso Citiz should last for more than six When it comes to Square Trade, save money!.

I had this machine delivered in November 2017 and I absolutely love I used it once or twice a week and it worked well. Approximately six months after using the item, I observed that the interior of the used capsule was leaking into the Every time I used the coffee capsule, it would jam and not keep on working. The machine has excellent reviews from many people, however there is a common defect where the machine never pumps water (due to an airlock). A number of posts and YouTube videos describe this problem and propose a possible solution, but our experience was not the same. You may have a different experience, but it's good to know just in case you need to think about it. You need to buy a brand.

I gave it to my sister as a gift for Xmas, however she did not like it - I gave it to someone who said his support said it was filled with air bubbles, but it did not work. I will have to figure out how to get the person I gave it to return this piece of junk.

I like it but I think it can It appears that the machine reservoir is overfilled with water. In order to prevent an overflow on the counter, but after only a few shots, the water must be poured out. As a previous Nespresso Pixie, this was not an issue as much with me. It doesn't matter if you have to pour out water from the Citiz in 1/4 the capacity of the capsules it can hold if you need to hold more capsules in the Citiz. The top piece that is chrome looks nice but is very easily dirty. (I do a warm shot and a post cleaning shot of water. ) Additionally, it is much more difficult to push down the pill with the capsule in the machine than with the small handle on the pixie machine.

After 13 months of use, the water reservoir leaks more regularly. It would take two shorts and two longs for the reservoir to be filled completely. You can find videos on YouTube showing how to replace the brewing chamber. If you did it yourself, you would have to pay $52 for the chamber and $12 for the tool to open the machine. I won't be buying another Citiz Machine in the future. My old Pixie machine from eight years ago works better now that I have reinstalled it. In the beginning I was hesitant to call customer service, but later I decided to do so. It was suggested that I descal my machine, which had no effect, and to clean the front of the chamber, again with no effect. Then they blamed it on my use of non-Nespresso capsules as these are plastic, so she asked me to contact them. I would recommend the Nespresso Pixie that I previously owned over this machine. My old machine was beyond repair and needed replacing, and I wanted to try something different, so I ended up end, I was able to get my Pixie machine back into service.

I got it in a week, without any effort by me to get it shipped sooner. Instead of waiting nearly a month (the red one seemed to be the low-inventory model), it arrived in one week. I appreciate your time and effort now let me get to the actual item. During my stay in Paris last month, there was a Nespresso CitiZ machine in the apartment I stayed in. It was my first encounter with Nespresso, and I fell in love with I placed my order as soon as I got back to New Orleans. A shotgun house would be an ideal fit for this model. The cabinet is narrow and unobtrusive, allowing it to fit perfectly in my small kitchen (which, if you are familiar with shotgun houses, will tell you there isn't a lot of space for a counter). My favorite thing about it is the sleek and contemporary design. However, I only use Nespresso pods so I am unable to comment on how other pods will perform, however I must say that the coffee I get from these is indeed impressive. I love the aroma of this cream and my wife does as well. I feel like the intense group is my favorite as I work my way through the sample pack. It's just the right machine for a bold, robust shot and this little machine does the trick. I like the lungo button on this because it provides me with a long draw, and I like the intense because it's perfect To experience the true taste of the shots, I'm not adding sugar or cream. So far, I've been very happy with my purchase. I am pleased to note that it is quieter than the one I used in Paris. This product is capable of being used, cleaned, and is extremely solid. So far there hasn't been an issue recycling the pods, so if it is a problem I will alter my rating. But as of now I'm very pleased with my little red Nespresso. I would definitely recommend it. Should you decide to purchase CitiZ, I am confident you will be happy with your purchase, and I hope this helps you make that Then I'm going to pull an Aristotle.

As I was looking for my newly finished basement's Nespresso machine, I was indecisive as to which one to buy. As much as I wanted a variety of pods, I thought about getting a Virtuo, but wanted a machine that would allow off-brand pods instead. My main coffee need is for lattes and cappuccinos, so this machine is perfect. I like the aesthetics of the machine too. I like how it's neither too small nor too large, and it looks great on my quartz counter. Easy to learn and use, and there isn't much of a learning curve. In addition to the coffee tasting great, the atmosphere is welcoming. The CitiZ and frother I got come in handy, and I absolutely love them! I watched some YouTube videos to make sure I was using it correctly, and I've been really pleased with the result! My experience with this purchase was very positive, and I would recommend it.
