Because of the lack of timing, I am unsure what we are talking about when they say "programmable". I think they are talking about the options of 6, 8, and 10 ounces.

The one we had was broken, so we bought a new one at Walmart. A cup of coffee was much needed! Though the seller was nice, it was hard to judge. With the return label they sent us, we sent the machine back without any difficulty. The more upset we are about not being able to print out the label and having to go to Staples to do so, the more upset we will transfer to them.
