I have now used a Keurig 4 times. Three of them were consumer models and two of them failed just after warranty expired, 14-, 17-, and 18- I will be 18 months old in January. After almost exactly 11 months of its use, the machine suddenly died. I hoped it was something robust and durable. It just died on me without warning. Thank God I was covered by Keurig's warranty, and the machine was replaced. I have given up on Keurig, reluctantly, and would not recommend any of their products. Simply put, they fail at a rate that is completely unacceptable. These products also need to be redesigned from scratch, since I believe they have some fundamental design and engineering issues. Since I still want my Pods, I am buying them from a different manufacturer that my friends recommend. That a company with their resources isn't putting out a better product is a shame.

The Keurig technical support website says this machine is not a commercial one. It features a K150-style design The plumb kit is model P. It denotes that the plumbing is in place. You void the factory warranty if you attach a plumb kit to any other model, such as the K155. It is highly likely that I would have purchased the K150 if this information had been revealed It seems that Keurig will not honor the warranty due to the fact that the plum kit is attached to this K155. The kit for the K155 can be purchased from Amazon and even expressly states that it is a "commercial" kit. These brewers should be ordered with caution when ordering a plumb lit. buy a Keuirg kit approved unit from an authorized dealer. You cannot buy it on Amazon or forcibly from a third party. This two month old ornament is taking up space on my counter top! Make sure you research your purchase before you make a purchase.

I bought this one hoping it might last longer than the standard ones I'd purchased. device for more than 2 years now. It stopped working in October of this year, and I have been trying to figure out how I can clean it, prime it, or do anything to make it work again. As it went from a trickle to making noises similar to a kid pretending to drive a car, I could tell it was getting louder. It sounds like an engine, but you aren't going anywhere. The same thing happens here, all the noises are there, but nothing happens. The device is hooked up to water with a water supply This is an inline filter (so I wouldn't have to keep filling the reservoir constantly. At first I really loved it, but after it kept acting laggy and then stopped working. If you empty the reservoir, it will fill as it should as soon as you hook it up again, and if you drain the hot and cold tank and hook it back up, it will fill the internal tanks as well. In the event that something in it needs boiling, though, it will not spat out hot water to boil a cup. I am obviously out of warranty, and all the support team can do for me is to state the fact I am out of warranty. Could you tell me where I can find a Bunn that will connect to my water line? A quick update I received a call from Keurig. According to the email I got, they were sorry to hear about my problems and regret to inform me that the product was no longer under Despite the fact that it is out of warranty, I still need you to help me out. You can tell me where I can go for a repair where they will make sure to use better parts than those you used to actually make it. find it difficult to understand a company that would email you the day after it stopped working to apologize, to tell you it's past warranty, and to offer utterly no options for getting it fixed. Do you really think we have abandoned caring about our environment to the point where you just want consumers to throw it away and purchase another one? Basically, I am fed up with Keurig and their lack of care for the customer, the environment, and how their products are perceived by the public. It's not even worth considering a Keurig if you want a good coffee maker. If you really need it, get a Bunn Coffeemaker, not.
